Porous stage assessment of pressure assisted sintering modeling parameters: a ceramic identification method insensitive to final stage grain growth disturbance

چکیده

Pressure assisted sintering models such as Skorohod-Olevsky's, Abouaf's or Riedel's require the identification of at least four parameters depending on porosity temperature. The these is difficult high temperature and for pressures because non-linear mechanical behavior which makes them closely interconnected. To solve this problem, fully dense identified first allowing determining porous afterward. This typical approach well employed metal viscous materials. However, ceramics final stage grain growth tests irrelevant; equivalent phase sintered specimens has bigger grains (then longer diffusion distances) than in initial/intermediate stages sintering. Consequently, most compensate overestimation by an underestimation values. In paper we propose a unique formulation based sinter-forging die compaction directly identify all from stage. comprehensive determination possible non-reductive hypothesis shear modulus function shape experimental radial/vertical displacement tests. Such allows instantaneous insensitive actual size ceramic.

Three-Dimensional Modeling of the Grain Growth by Coalescence in the Initial Stage of Liquid Phase Sintering

A Monte Carlo method was developed to simulate the three-dimensional grain growth by coalescence in the initial stage of liquid phase sintering. The simulated grain, including a cluster of bonded particles, was treated in an appropriate three-dimensional multi-particle arrangement of the powder compact, and each cluster was assumed to be coalesced to reduce the system energy. The probability mo...

Accurate assessment of stage II pressure ulcers.

OSTOMY WOUND MANAGEMENT APRIL 2009 www.o-wm.com Two recent events relate to pressure ulcers. In February 2007, the National Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel (NPUAP) restated its definitions of and staging process for pressure ulcers. Included in the staging process are modifications of the original four stages plus new categories: deep tissue injury and unstageable. In October 2008, the Centers fo...

Ontogeny of the eye of Caspian kutum (Rutilus frisii kutum) from prehatch to final larval stage

The present study examines the developmental stages of the eye retina in Caspian kutum during the pre-hatch stage to end of the larval stage. Fertilized eggs of Caspian kutum were obtained from Shahid Ansari Center for Reproduction of teleost fish (Guilan province, Iran). Sampling was done for one month until the larval stage completed and the yolk sac completely depleted. Samples were studied ...

Assessment of Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) Effects on Development of Vitrified Mouse Morulae to the Blastocyst Stage

Many investigators are interested in finding the new cultural systems that can support the in vitro development of pre-implantation embryos better. Previous studies suggested that growth factors such as epidermal growth factor (EGF) are important in pre-implantation embryo development and implantation process. On the other hand, it is very important to support post thaw development of frozen em...

Genetic parameters of growth in rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss, at early rearing stage

The heritability response for growth of rainbow trout during early developmental stages was detected on the basis of full-sib and half-sib cross between the selected lines. The experiment was done in Shahid Bahonar Salmon Propagation Center, Kelardasht, Iran. Breeders were taken from the stocks maintained in this station. A bifactorial cross was done between two line using four randomly sire an...
